We always start branding work by focusing on research and inspiration. In order for this step to be relevant, it must be targeted and purpose-driven.
We first do research on verbiage, keywords, and expressions that define the brand, its activity, and its challenges. Then we create a general brand concept, presented via mood board. Finally, we establish 2 to 3 detailed boards to initiate the first concrete ideas of artistic direction.

To create a comprehensive and relevant brand experience we deliver a "brand book" at the end of each branding project. This is an organized document that details each step of the work and explains each graphic choice.
Inside, you will find rules for logo usage, the design system, color system, font system, and also the tone of voice (if needed). The brand book is more than just a simple document, it is designed specifically to be circulated to all of your teams to ensure that all of your stakeholders are always on the same page.

The logo is a very sensitive part of the brand identity. It must, in one single image, reflect your personality (or at least the most important part of it). It’s the visual element that the world will see the most.
We start this type of work with an inspirational research phase and presentation in order to narrow down the style of the logo (symbol, mascot, typography, etc.) then we do tests in batches of 6, starting with paper, through vectorization and delivery.
